We are in-network providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. Although we are in-network, this is not a guarantee of benefits. Each policy varies.  It is each patient’s responsibility to update our office with any change in health insurance so we can verify your new benefits. We provided a screening form which serves as a script for you to use when you call your insurance company to verify your benefits. Email the completed form prior to your consultation to vkalu@pathoflifehealing.com

Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), What is it?

Will We Talk Between Sessions?
Feel free to message me at any time between sessions. If your question or request takes more than 5 minutes to answer, it will be recommended that we discuss it during our next session if it is not a true emergency.

Will You Plan My Meals?
During a meal planning design session, we work together, to design your meal planning approach, based on your personal situation. We work together to build a sustainable meal plan over the course of numerous sessions. I do not provide personalized lists, plans, or recipes outside of our session time. Your personal involvement is critical for this type of planning to be effective.
