Instructions for Booking Appointments
for Treatments and Services
Considerations when booking your appointment(s): we do not reserve appointments in house. All of our appointments are booked through our online booking scheduler. Please check the scheduler for availability. Once you book your appointment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Two days prior to your appointment you will receive an automated reminder text.

Guidelines for Booking a Yoni / V-Steam Service:
CONSIDER YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE:
When scheduling a V-steam service, please ensure the date you select will not coincide with your menses. You must be off your menses at least 5 days prior to your appointment AND you must not have any active infections.
There will be a $25 charge if you are found to be 1-3 days post cycle (it must be 5 days or more after). You will NOT receive a V-steam service while you are on your cycle. Although you may not be bleeding, light blood cells sticks to the walls of your Vajayjay and will circulate in the steam and contaminate the device and coverings and will cause that device to be shut down for 24 hours for extra sanitation. While the blood cells will not affect you, it is problematic for others. Therefore, we take all necessary precautions. In addition, there will be a $15 fee for stained towels (they are thrown away and replaced).
BOOKING A GROUP V-STEAM SERVICE:
To book a group service, there must be a party of 2 – 4 individuals. However, only one appointment is required. After booking the appointment, TEXT 301-377-4523 and leave your initials, the number of individuals in your group (2 or 3), the date and the time of your appointment. A text message is only required for a group booking.
Guidelines for Booking Consultations:
BOOKING A NUTRITION CONSULTATION:
If you are using your Cigna or Care First insurance or Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Advantage for the nutrition consultation click this link to download the Benefits Screening Form to call your insurance carrier to verify requirements (Benefits Form). Download and fill out the Nutrition Intake Form and either Email in advance or bring it with you. Click this link to access the form (Nutrition Intake). In addition to completing the forms, plan to bring any supplements and medications you are taking as well as any current laboratory results.
BOOKING A GENERAL CONSULTATION:
If you are not sure which service you would like, book an open/general consultation for the amount of time you would need to discuss your concerns. Bring to the appointment supplements, meds, and any lab results.
Office Policy Guidelines:
MISSED OR CANCELED APPOINTMENTS POLICY:
If you cannot make your appointment, please reschedule your appointment immediately online; so that someone else can have that time slot. There will be a $25 charge for missed appointments.
CONFIRMATION AND EMAIL REMINDERS:
After your appointment is booked, you will receive 1 confirmation email immediately and 1 reminder text 3-days prior to your appointment. We will only reach out to you if there is a problem with your booking.
Facial masks are required at all times for all appointments. Please bring a pair of socks, shoes are removed in the treatment areas. No Alcohol or Caffeine 24 hours prior to all appointments. Thank you!
