Refunds & Returns – General Rule:
Path of Life Healing Center is committed to providing the highest potency of herbs and products possible. To comply with our strict quality control procedures and ensure our herbal products’ potency, we are unable to issue a refund once your online order or in house purchase has left our premises. We follow strict safety measures to ensure none of our products have been tampered with and that our facilities are sanitized. Therefore, we do not bring in products once they have left our shop. Thank you for understanding.
Custom-Made Products:
There is a processing and restocking fee for custom made products that have been cancelled. Once products are mixed for your specific needs, we cannot sell them to someone else as everyone has different needs.
Mistakes:
If Path of life Healing Center sent you an incorrect item, you may keep it and we will then send you the correct item and pay for the shipping to ship the correct item/s to you.
Safety:
In our efforts to maintain our customers safety and the highest quality of our items, we are not able to honor product exchanges and/or store credits of any kind.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To ensure that orders are processed correctly, each order is handled by one person from start to finish.
Broken or Mistaken Items
We take care to package your product for safe travels. However, things may happen in transit and at the mail facility that are out of our control. Thus, if you experience a broken product, please email us a picture of the product and packaging upon its arrival and your order confirmation number.
E-Books:
There are no refunds on E-books due to the digital nature of the product.

Due to the nature of our products and COVID with its many variants, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products.
