How to prepare bulk/loose tea blends:
Preparation: This compound contains both leaves and fruits. Therefore, bring the water to a boil. Add 1 – 2 tsp of herbal blend. Turn down the heat and let simmer for 10 min. Turn off and let infuse for 15 min. Consume right before bed, The tea can be infused twice before tossing.
