Enjoy this flavorful tea to get you going and feeling good in the morning
Spearmint, Peppermint, Gotu Kola, Eucalyptus, Cloves, Ginger, and more
Regular Use: Bring 8 oz of water to a boil. Next add 1tsp or 1 tbsp of herbs per cup of purified water. Let the water boil for 1 – 2 minutes more. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. You can drink 2-3x a day.
Therapeutic Use: Make a strong tea by simmering 1/4 cup of herbs in 36 oz water for 30 min and reducing it to 32 oz. Drink 8oz four times per day without sweetener.
