Two Methods of Preparation:
Prep One: Simmer 1 tsp—1 tbsp of powdered spice blend in 8 oz of Plant-based coconut milk or water for 10 – 20 min. Turn off heat and cover. Let sit for 10 minutes. Strain and drink. If sweetener is desired, use a natural sweetener to improve the taste.
Prep Two: Some people have stirred the powder into plain water and drank without applying heat and felt relief from pain within 30 minutes.

Turmeric – has been used in alternative medicine as a possibly effective aid in reducing blood cholesterol, reducing osteoarthritis pain, or relieving itching caused by chronic kidney disease. Other uses not proven with research have included: rheumatoid arthritis, prediabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, inflammatory bowel diseases, and lowering the risk of a heart disease.
Boswelia – Has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties it is also good for various ailments including indigestion, wound healing, coughs respiratory disorders, joint pain and swelling. Research shows that cohorts in the study experienced increased joint mobility with the ability to walk further that the placebo group. Boswelia a.k.a. Frankincense in the form of essential oil can be massaged into painful joints and muscles and has been found useful in preventing the breakdown of cartilage tissue, thus reducing inflammation.
