Spicy flavorful tea that supports digestion
Blend contains: Cardamom, Cloves, Ginger, Cinnamon, Orange Peel, Rooibos, Fennel, Anise, Coriander
Prep One: Simmer 1 tsp—1 tbsp of ground and crushed spice blend in 8 oz of Plant-based coconut milk or water for 10 – 20 min. Turn off heat and cover. Let sit for 10 minutes. Strain and drink. If sweetener is desired, use a natural sweetener to improve the taste.
